Once you've done the research on the property, there are 4 clear and simple steps in the process:
Complete the Secure the Bridge Application Enquiry Form or contact our recommended
Mortgage
Brokers, Trafalgar Square FPC* who will do this for you;
Make sure your broker has an exit strategy† which works for you.
Instruct a solicitor preferably from our panel (or your preferred one);
Ask your Broker to obtain a Facility Letter from Secure the Bridge, then check that the figures
will be suitable for your purchase.
A valuation or full Hometrack Report will be required;
Providing the valuation information is satisfactory, we will send you an Offer Confirmation.
Sign and return
it to us so that we know that you are proceeding.
Plan a drawdown date and prior to completion we will transfer the funds as per your requirements.
*Secure the Bridge works
directly with a mortgage
broker in most instances
where a property purchase
is involved.
† The 'exit strategy' is the
'remortgage' after 6 months.
